THe Problem

Wild Mamas sold high-consideration wellness products in a category where customers needed more than a product image and ingredient list to feel confident purchasing. The existing product experience wasn't doing enough to answer the questions customers naturally had: What does this do? Why does it matter? What's actually in it? Why should I trust this brand? And which product is right for me? The product page needed to do more than merchandise. It needed to educate, build trust, reduce uncertainty, and make the path to purchase easier.

The work

We rebuilt the product detail experience around the way customers actually make decisions.

Customer reviews and social proof moved into a more prominent role. Product benefits became easier to scan. Ingredient information was rewritten and reorganized to make transparency a reason to trust the product rather than simply another block of information.

We also looked beyond individual pages at the full buying journey: how customers discovered products, understood the differences between them, moved toward purchase, and encountered opportunities to build a more complete wellness routine.

The goal wasn’t simply to make the pages look better. It was to remove friction between interest and confidence and make it easier for customers to understand what they were buying and why it mattered.

The Result

The new experience created a clearer, more persuasive path to purchase and became part of a broader conversion and growth strategy that contributed to 38% quarter-over-quarter revenue growth and 119% year-over-year revenue growth. More importantly, the site began doing more of the work that had previously been left to the customer: explaining the value, answering questions, establishing trust, and helping people confidently decide what to buy.
